Based on the force required, the appropriate cylinder diameter is determined. Because of this exact calculation, and because All Mecanic does not limit itself to working with only standard cylinders, oversized cylinders are never used.

Partly because of this, air consumption is not unnecessarily increased with each operation, resulting in low air consumption.

The All Mecanic punching units have an aluminum body, because of this aluminum construction, in contrast to a steel construction, for example, more complex shapes can be created.

By thus using aluminum, which also results in lower weight, a construction can be applied from the time of development so that the distance of the cutout is as close as possible to the guides.

As a result, a much stiffer and more solid base of the punching unit is obtained.

The All Mecanic punching units feature a stable block guide.

Block guidance is by means of grooves in the side plates. This method of guiding results in a much more stable construction.

The double-acting cylinder provides faster operation compared to a single-acting cylinder, and serves to get to the starting position faster.

Application of high-quality materials is, of course, also          
applied for the manufacture of dies and moulds. Also, all these parts undergo thermal treatment, a hardening process, before they are
leaving the factory.

The cylinder rod is made of chromed steel, ensuring quasi-frictionless operation.

A foot pedal, for hands-free operation comfort, is always included as standard.
